1. What does the Gift Voucher for the “Create Your Own Perfume™” workshop include?
   The gift voucher allows the recipient to participate in the private “Create Your Own Perfume™” workshop which lasts 120 minutes. During the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to create their unique perfume under the expert guidance of a perfumer, learn about fragrance notes and perfume creation techniques.

2. Can the voucher be used by more than one person?
   The voucher is intended for one person because the workshop is private and organized one on one. This way the participant receives full attention and dedication throughout the entire perfume creation process.

3. Can the voucher be used for a group workshop?
   No, our “Create Your Own Perfume™” concept is private and designed for one person. If you want to gift more people, you can purchase multiple vouchers and each person will have their own individual workshop.

4. How can I book a workshop date using the voucher?
   After gifting the voucher, the recipient can contact us by phone or email to schedule their appointment. The workshop is organized only by appointment according to our availability.

5. Does the voucher have an expiration date?
   Yes, the voucher is valid for eight months from the date of purchase which is clearly stated on the voucher itself. Please use it before the expiration date to secure your preferred date.

6. What if the person I gifted the voucher to cannot attend the agreed date?
   If the recipient cannot attend the scheduled date, please notify us at least forty eight hours in advance so we can arrange a new date. Changes can only be made with prior notice and subject to availability.

7. Can I change or cancel the voucher after purchase?
   The gift voucher is non refundable and cannot be changed after purchase. Once purchased, you can use it or gift it to someone who will use our workshop.

8. Can the voucher be used for group or team building events?
   Our “Create Your Own Perfume™” is designed as a private workshop for one person. If you want to organize a team building or group workshop, please contact us to discuss a special offer.

9. Do I need to pay for the workshop in advance if I use the voucher?
   No, the voucher covers the full workshop fee so no additional payment is required when using it. However, all workshops must be booked in advance and depend on available dates.

10. Is the voucher transferable?
    Yes, the voucher is transferable and can be gifted to anyone. Once gifted, the user can schedule their workshop according to their wishes and needs.

11. What if the person I gifted the voucher to is not satisfied with the experience?
    Our workshop is carefully designed to provide an educational and creative experience. There is no refund after the voucher is used, but we strive to ensure all participants are satisfied and proud of the perfume they create.

12. Can the voucher be used to purchase perfumes or other products from our offer?
    No, the voucher is specific to the “Create Your Own Perfume™” workshop and cannot be used to buy perfumes or other products from our range. The gift voucher includes only the workshop and the perfume creation during it.

13. Is the voucher available in physical or digital format?
    The gift voucher is available in digital format sent to you by email after purchase, as well as in physical format upon request if you wish to give it as a physical gift.
